Lake Tahoe Women's Ice Hockey Association

Our primary objectives and purposes are to promote, educate and offer ice hockey classes and games to young women and adults in Lake Tahoe.

To develop the sport of girls/women's ice hockey in the greater Lake Tahoe region
To provide instruction in ice skating and game related skills
To sponsor special events involving the public in the sport of women's ice hockey
To directly engage in, and provide opportunities for other to engage in the promotion of women's ice hockey through weekly practices and special skate nights
To provide sport for girls to progress in the sport of ice hockey through scholarships
